Transactly, a real estate technology platform based in St. Louis, MO, has raised an additional $4M in funding, and makes key executive hires.

To date, Transactly has raised a total of $11.5M in funding, and $7M in 2021. This latest round, it’s Series A, was led by Hermann Companies, and had participation from existing investors Second Century Ventures, St. Louis Arch Angels, Ferry Ventures, and several others. Other new investors, such as Jim McKelvey, co-founder of Square, have also participated in this latest round of financing for Transactly.

Transactly plans to use the capital to make improvements to its products, currently used by thousands of real estate agents, brokers, homebuyers and sellers across the United States.

Additionally, two members have joined Transactly's executive team. Catherine Harris joins as Chief Product Officer, and Nick Niemeyer joins as Chief Technology Technology Officer.

Catherine comes with a highly-accomplished background in product management, previously leading large product teams at MasterCard, USAA, CapitalOne, and AT&T. Nick Niemeyer brings over 10 years of big data experience to Transactly, and most recently serving as the CTO at Evolve24.

"The additional capital is great, however, the people that continue to get involved in Transactly are the real story here. We have just added two rockstars to our executive team, and we have some really great investors who believe in what we're building, and continue to show their support," said Bryan Bowles, Transactly's CEO.

Bowles declined to give specifics, but touted Transactly has already well-exceeded last year's sales figures. Transactly provides technology and services for real estate agents, investors, teams, and brokerages across the US.
