Private Office Suites for Small Businesses in Saint Charles, MO
Running a small business in St. Charles County means you need a workspace that actually works. Not a coffee shop table. Not your guest bedroom. A real office where you can meet clients, focus, and grow.
OPO Startups has private office suites available on Historic Main Street in Saint Charles, Missouri. Our campus spans 8 renovated historic buildings and more than 50,000 square feet. We have options for solo operators, small teams, and businesses that are somewhere in between.

Why Small Businesses Choose OPO Startup
Most of our private office members chose OPO over suburban office parks or generic coworking chains for a few specific reasons.
The location is hard to beat
The campus is steps from the restaurants, coffee shops, and shops of Historic Main Street. Free parking is on-site. You can get here from anywhere in St. Charles County in about 10 minutes, and I-70 access is easy for clients coming from the St. Louis side.
The buildings have real character
These are restored 1909 brick buildings, not drop ceilings and fluorescent lights. Members consistently mention the space itself as one of the reasons they stay.
The community is the real draw
OPO was founded in 2015 by Randy Schilling, a St. Charles native who built two real companies before opening this campus. The culture reflects that. Members range from tech founders to Amazon and Microsoft remote employees to local retailers. People here invest in each other.
You can grow into more space
A lot of our private office members started on a coworking membership or a day pass. When their business grew, they moved into a dedicated desk, then a private office. You do not have to sign a long-term lease to get started.
